Terms and Conditions


These terms and conditions govern Bees Knees Gifts including and Wobbly Jelly Balloons Performance relating to the sale and supply of goods to the customer Bees Knees Gifts reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page and the consumer is bound by any such modifications or revisions.


When you place an order to purchase a product from Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order including the details of your order. If no email confirmation is received then the order may not have been processed correctly and we encourage you to contact us in this event to ensure the correct delivery of your order. The customer bears the risk of the goods once they have been signed for.


All of our helium filled foil balloons are guaranteed to be of the highest quality. After three to six days they will slowly start to deflate and this is quite normal. All balloons are inflated shortly before dispatch and are sent perfectly and fully inflated. However, helium is sensitive to extreme temperature changes and if the balloons were to be stored in cold temperatures during transit they might appear deflated upon delivery. The problem can be resolved by putting the balloon somewhere warm which will cause the helium to expand and the balloon to look inflated again.


Helium balloons are a perishable and personalised product and therefore cannot be returned under the UK Distance Selling Regulations (2000). We cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons on cosmetics, earrings, underwear, bespoke/made-to-order/special/personalised orders or consumables. On all other goods ordered, the customer is given a 7 day cooling off period where they may decide whether to accept or decline the goods ordered. The customer shall inspect the goods within 7 days of receipt and shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless the customer has contacted us to state that the goods are being declined. If the goods are not accepted in the 7 day period, the consumer is given the right to return the goods for a refund. If no such action has been taken, Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons shall consider the products being as described of satisfactory quality and fit for their purposes and may not accept any reject at a later date. After this 7 day cooling off period a customer may only return goods as described in clauses 5.5 and 5.6 below.

If a product that is delivered is either faulty or incorrect, or the customer wishes to return their order within 7 days of receipt, please call Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons on 01287 201668 between the hours of 09.00 – 16.00 Monday to Friday or you can email us at or use the online contact form or write to us at our postal address which is Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons, Bedlam House, 15 Avon Close, Skelton, Cleveland TS12 2NA. We will investigate the complaint within three to five working days. Please quote the order number clearly on the returned package. Goods must be returned in their original packaging in an unused condition. The customer is responsible for the goods until they are received by Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons. The customer must pay for the postage to return the order and the original postage charge will not be refunded. A refund for the cost of the goods or a replacement will be issued to the customer once the goods have been received and checked. When the order is returned to Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons the customer bears the risk of the goods and is held responsible for them until they are received by Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons.


Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons do not sell products for the purchase by children. We sell children’s products for the purchase by adults. If you are under 18 you may use Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.


Any use of this website shall at all times be governed by English Law and in the event of any dispute the relevant parties shall irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.


We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions. If the delay of failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control, this condition does not affect your statutory control.


Whilst we try to ensure that our website is normally available 24 hours per day, we will not be liable if for any reason this website is, at anytime, unavailable for any period of time or if all access to the website may be suspended temporarily or permanently without notice.


Every effort is made to display prices correctly but on rare occasions if a mistake has occurred Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons will correct this mistake and inform the customer accordingly and the customer can then decide to proceed or cancel the order.


All products purchased from Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons can be done so with complete confidence. Your credit card payment is made via secure encryption 128-BIT secure socket layers (SSL) to ensure maximum security. We do not store credit card details when you buy from us online.

Once you have finished adding items into your shopping basket and left your delivery details you will be transferred to HSBC Merchant Services Secure E-Payments Server to complete your card payment details which therefore offers our customers additional peace of mind. Once the payment is complete you will be transferred back to Bees Knees Gifts/Wobbly Jelly Balloons. When orders are placed by telephone, your card details are entered directly into HSBC Merchant Services Secure E-Payments Server.


When placing an order we collect the following information from you:
Your name, address, telephone number, email address and credit/debit card number and expiry date.
